Production Layout
The co***ny carries out the production of cosmetics in strict accordance with EU Standard of GMPC76/768EEC. During the production process, the air is subject to purification by central air conditioning and three-filter procedures and the air purification degree reaches 100,000-grade standard. The air purification ultraviolet disinfection systems of all workshops reach the level of micro-bacteria standards and the water level conforms to the state standard (subject to multi-level treatment of activated carbon adsorption, ion exchange and reverse osmosis); equipped with a multiple machinery production facilities in line with GMPC requirements. The co***ny can produce shampoo, hair care, hair ornaments and hair stabilizing products and beauty skin care products. With five high-standard fast production lines, the co***ny can satisfy the requirements of different customers (OEM, ODM); the co***ny also has nearly 300İOof purification-based research laboratories, physiochemical testing and microbiological testing laboratories. It is a garden-like professional production enterprise with advanced equipment and modern management.
